My daughter brings her 2012 VW Tiguan to Parks here in Cape Girardeau from St. Louis Jessica and Bryant are always friendly and accommodating, they explain and advise what you need and how the work is done, they take time to check over the entire vehicle and text updates. I'd recommend Parks Auto to anyone needing quick, reliable and accurate service. It's a blessing to have a reliable mechanic you can trust.

I've had work done at this shop twice now on my Ford Mustang. They have great customer service, great communication and always did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I would highly recommend them.

They were able to diagnose that I needed a new battery, they replaced the battery and got it done the same day I brought it in!

I had 2 different repairs a water pump replaced and a heater core replaced which was a major repair Bryant and his crew did a great job got my truck in and fixed both times quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them .
