    We typically try to fit customers in within the same week. Timing depends on our schedule, the specific concern, and parts availability.


  • Can I drop off early or pick up after hours?

    Yes! We offer convenient key drop-off for early mornings and secure arrangements for after-hours pickup. Just call us before your appointment and we will set everything up for you.


  • Do you offer a shuttle or loaner car?

    We do not currently offer loaner cars, but our courtesy shuttle can help get you where you need to go nearby. Give us a call ahead of time to coordinate transportation during your visit.


  • Will you call before doing work I did not approve?

    Yes. We diagnose first, call you to explain what's needed, and never do extra work without your approval.


  • What vehicles do you work on?

    We work on domestic, Asian, and many European vehicles. Some complex import repairs may ultimately require dealership support, but we can start with a complete diagnosis and point you in the right direction.


  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, ATM/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and financing options.
