    Yes, we can diagnose your check engine light. Our technicians use advanced diagnostic software and apply practical troubleshooting techniques to identify the root cause of the issue. We don't rely solely on code readers, as the check engine light often indicates a system problem rather than pinpointing the exact issue. We thoroughly investigate before recommending any repairs.
  • Do I need an appointment?

  • How quickly can my vehicle be repaired?

    The repair time varies depending on the availability of parts and the nature of the repair.     To ensure proper compatibility and warranty coverage, we do not accept customer-supplied parts.
  • What kind of warranty does Parks Automotive offer on repairs?

    Labor is warranted for 1 year on the installation of parts and is only covered in cases of improper installation. Labor is not covered if a part fails due to misuse. Parts purchased from Parks Automotive LLC are covered by a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), except for remanufactured engine products, which are covered under the remanufacturer’s warranty only—not Parks Automotive LLC.

    We provide a detailed written estimate before beginning any work. There are no hidden charges or unexpected fees. If any changes arise during the repair process, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding.

If you're uncertain, we invite you to bring your vehicle in for a quick brake inspection. We'll provide an honest assessment of whether you need new brakes immediately or if you can safely wait.
